Side note- We found out we were pregnant a year ago today!! In just one year he's gone from a little tiny peanut in my belly to real live human being playing with toys. Wow :-)

Dylan 3 Months

1st Day Back @ Work

I wish I could say this day went ok.... but it didn't. Today was by far the hardest day of my life. I felt like my heart was being ripped out of my chest when I had to say good-bye to Dylan this morning. All day I literally had chest pains just thinking of my little man without his mommy.

I love my job and it was nice being back in the real world, but I couldn't have imagined it being this hard. They say it gets a little easier everyday... my fingers are crossed for tomorrow.

Family Lunch

Dustin made the best shrimp jambalaya on Saturday and we celebrated mom being back in town and Elise's birthday. :-)

New Best Friend

Dylan met his new best friend Ethan last weekend! Just look at Dylan looking at Ethan- he's already day dreaming about all the fun they are going to have together! Little league, riding bikes, building forts, learning to surf, 1st day of school, 1st day at Virginia Tech.... This is the beginning of a beautiful friendship... just like Laurie and I!
