We had a GREAT time at Disneyland and Club 33 with Grandpa, Grandma, Darren, Elise & Ava! Dylan was perfect the entire time and even enjoyed his first "ride"- the Jungle Cruise! He also did Small World (Grandpa's favorite) and the Tiki Room! It was a very special trip- one that we will always remember :-)

Homeless
Well technically we aren't really "homeless"... we are lucky enough to have a temporary place to stay until our new house is ready. Fred has a friend that is out of town for the summer and has been gracious enough to let us stay in his house in Rancho Bernardo. It's pretty nice digs... 4 bedrooms, view of the golfcourse, and 3-car garage (which is stuffed full with all our boxes that didn't fit into storage)!!
We are very happy staying here, however we are very ready to have a place of our own again. In the meantime we are making the most of it. We're in walking distance to Grandma and Grandpa's, which has been great! Dylan loves all the extra time with his grandparents and mom and dad love having on-call babysitters so close! We also are enjoying all of our new "pets":
- the bat that flew in the house (we had to call Animal Control at 2AM in the morning to get it out)
- the extra large lizard that neighbors house and Dustin had to rescue
- the little lizard that ran into our house
- the baby birds in the front yard (2 hatchings this summer!)
and last, but not least... the COYOTES!

The Move
We ended up selling our house pretty quickly and for close to our asking price, which in this market is AWESOME (we had a really good realtor)! So that's the good news. The bad news... we had only 30 days to pack and move!
Luckily Dylan was an excellent mover, as demonstrated in the pictures below. Mom and dad... that's another story. Most of the stuff was just thrown in boxes and put in storage sometime in the middle of night. Who knows that we will find when we unpack!

Leaving our old house was very bitter sweet. Luckily we were so busy with work and trying to pack we didn't really have time for it to hit us. We have such fond memories in that house and will miss it dearly!!!
