The house we said we would never sell... is up for sale! This decision was very unexpected and unplanned. Here's how it happened...
One of my good girlfriends from college, Jenn Knight Sigmon, just moved back to San Diego from Colorado and invited us over for a cookout at her new house in Del Sur. When we arrived in the neighborhood, we got lost (somebody refused to use the GPS). What a nice place to get lost- such cute houses, great landscaping, parks and pools everywhere. This was a really, really nice neighborhood!
For fun, the next weekend we went to look at some of the model homes. The next thing you know we are writing a deposit check! It happened just that fast!! We love San Elijo Hills and we LOVE our house... but the long commute is wearing on both of us. Del Sur is so much closer to both of our offices. Plus there are great schools in the Poway School District and it's super close to Bam-Ma! We found a really nice house, close to Elementary school, with a great floorplan. We both love it and feel like this is the right move for our family.
Dustin listed our house right away and it sold in just a few weeks. So here we are... planning another move!

1st Day of Preschool
